Pre-Inspection Due Diligence
Once you have scheduled your inspection, we look up the home in city or county records to get basic information such as: when the home was built, the square footage of the home and the past owners. We then pull the BuildFax Permit History Report which provides insights about any previous renovations or improvements done to the home.

The Systematic Inspection
One inspector spends one full day focused solely on your inspection. That means we aren’t rushed to finish your inspection within a specific timeframe and there isn’t a chance of us overlooking something because we’re in a hurry. As we perform the inspection, we are guided by our advanced reporting software that systematically walks as through a list of over 200 items to check and make sure we don’t overlook anything.

Your Guided Walkthrough
Upon completion of our inspection, we set aside 1 hour to go over our findings we have detailed in the report and answer any questions that might arise about any issues we have encountered and documented. We want you to have a complete and accurate understanding of the condition of the home that will help you make an informed decision.

A Clear & Concise Report
At the end of your inspection day, we will deliver the full inspection report which includes written details and annotated photos, along with our recommendations for how to resolve issues that were identified during the inspection.
