Once you have scheduled your inspection, we begin our due diligence phase where we gather all the information we can about the home from other sources. We look up the home in city or county records to get basic information such as: when the home was built, the square footage of the home, the past owners and how long they lived in it. We also pull the BuildFax Permit History Report which provides insights about any previous renovations or improvements done to the home.
